Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 1977. She's an actor for Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She oversees the Assassination Witness and is an GI-TOC member on the Multilateral Engagement team. The GI-TOC's research activities is focused on disappearances, assassinations and various forms of violence in the context of illicit economy. The research area she is interested in is the effect of organized crime on law, policy and laws relating to human rights. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with honors in International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Also, she has an LL.M. and an MBA in International Relationships from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula received a magnacum Bachelor's degree in laude from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Legal and Social Sciences. She is a lawyer with a license who worked at the law firm that focused on public law litigation for over four years. She has also held assisting posts at non-governmental institutions that are based in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
